Safe Haven of Iowa County

Meet our little Duncan....such a little fun ball of fur!  He came in as a stray and we are still getting to know him, but he sure loves all our volunteers and going for long walks.  We can't imagine how his family isn't looking for him because he is such a sweet little guy, but we are sure glad he found his way to Safe Haven and we know a great new forever family is out there!

Update: We are hearing more about Duncan. He likely came from a local family that had to move and has chosen not to reclaim him. We are told Duncan is good with children as well as other animals. He was mostly an outdoor dog, but we are seeking an indoor home for him. Interested adopters must be aware that they will need to start from the basics as though house training a puppy, so some knowledge about this process will be required.
