Meet Mason, a 10 month old St Bernard Mix puppy. Don’t be fooled by the St.Bernard part; he’s only 52 pounds at 10 months old and not expected to get to much bigger. Mason came to Safe Haven when his owner couldn’t take him to college with them. He’s not your typical puppy; he’s very calm for his age. He doesn’t chew on things he’s not supposed to (he does like rawhides). He’s spent his whole life around other dogs and cats so he gets along well with other animals. Mason is gentle with kids old and young; he is a very social dog in general. He walks well on a leash, doesn’t pull. He’s a great passenger in the car. Mason loves to cuddle in bed and burrow into your lap for petting. He was recently neutered and he is housetrained. Mason is used to being in a kennel when I’m away from home. Mason may very well be one of the sweetest dogs you’re ever going to come across; he would be the perfect addition to any family of any size.
