The size of a Heeler and the temperament of a Lab---now wouldn't that be a good mix. That just may be what we have in Yeller. We did not name him, but the name gives the folksy feel you get with Yeller. He is a good old boy who is pretty good on a leash and sure enjoys his leisurely strolls. Yeller is one of several dogs we received recently from Missouri prompted by a divorce which resulted in the dogs looking for a new home. We did not receive any cats from this situation but Yeller has seemed as if he doesn't see a problem living with them when we introduced him to cats indoors.
