Yellow Labrador Retriever / American Pit Bull Terrier / Mixed (medium coat) : : Female : : Young : : Large
Honey is a sweet little girl who’d love to find her forever home. She and her brother Trey practically grew up together in our shelter, and have now been in foster care together for a couple of months. Both dogs are now housetrained and seem to love everyone they meet. They love to play with the other dogs in the home, but they continue to be very bonded to each other, choosing to eat together, play together, and even sleep curled up together. Both dogs seem to do ok with cats. Honey had learned some basic commands like sitting for a treat. She loves to play hard and then flop down for a long belly rub. We’d love for Honey and Trey to be able to stay together and would be willing to work with potential adopters to make this happen. But most importantly, both of these dogs deserve a great home so we will separate them if needed so they can find that special place to call their own.
