Safe Haven of Iowa County

Mena came to us very recently. We are still getting to know her, but she seems sweet as can be with people. She also seems friendly towards other friendly small dogs - but, that said, it's our understanding she's now found herself rehomed from 2 households due to starting fights with the resident dogs. Hard to believe from this tiny cutie, but we would suggest her being the only dog. We aren't sure how she is with cats - she seemed a little intimidated when she met cats at the shelter, but also a little grumbly. That may well have been just fear, but we would suggest caution if adopting Mena to a home with a feline friend. 

Mena has been brought up to date on her vet care, including a dental where she had some teeth removed. She is now all ready to go to her forever home!
