Little Frankie was found near Parnell. Hard to believe someone is not looking for her. She is very friendly and happy to go out for her walks. And then click on the "Online Application" link at the bottom of that page Special Needs: Notes from Frankie's vet visit: They thought the one eye (left) is blind, and has likely vision loss in the other, and the eye drops (just artificial tears) recommended should help with discomfort and it sounded like those would be forever. She also may have some hearing loss. We will update this page when we have had a chance to test her hearing. |
