Description:
Norman is a super sweet boy that we thought surely a family has been looking for, but no such luck yet. We are still getting to know Norman. He did go on a home visit with a nice family and did wonderfully in their home, except that he was not entirely comfortable with the hands on love of a young child. He did great with the other family members and appeared to be housetrained with this family. He also walks nicely on a leash. We think Norman would do best with a family with older children. We also know that he shouldn't be left unsupervised for any length of time in a yard, as he might just choose to dig out to the other side. This has only been an issue at the shelter, it was not an issue on his home visit as he preferred to spend time with the family and didn't give any thought to escaping there.
