Bo and his son Pub were rescued from their owner who was going to shoot them both becuase they had lymes disease and wouldn't stay on their farm. They had never been neutered or treated for Lyme's disease so the Sheriff dept contacted us and we agreed to rescue them. They had been strays with us twice before. They have the most wonderful personalities and are going to make great companion animals! We have them on Lyme's medication which lasts for 20 days. If adopted before that time (end of July) the medication will go with them. The family that is lucky enough to adopt Bo will be responsible for retesting for the Lyme's disease after the treatment is complete. We expect a complete recovery for both Bo and Pub and look forward to seeing them go to loving homes. They will do best in seperate homes. They will not do well with cats.
