Safe Haven of Iowa County

Otis is such an easy going dog that he quickly wins any volunteer over.  He came in as a stray from Victor, Iowa, and he seems to know a few tricks already.  He loves to play with his Safe Haven friend Mollly.  Otis was able to attend our annual dog walk in Amana and did fantastic!  It is obvious that Otis is someone's dog, but we just can't seem to reunite him with his owners.  One of his favorite things is to have his belly rubbed, so if you have time to come rub his belly then you too can be his new best friend!!
