Safe Haven of Iowa County

Oreo came to Safe Haven as an owner surrender and we are still getting to know him.  We do know he  is a Shih Tzu mix, but he is larger than a typical Shih Tzu.  He almost looks like a miniature Bearded Collie!  He loves to go for walks, and is very enthusiastic about  exploring the world around him.  At times he is very excitable and needs help learning how to relax and walk nicely on the leash.  He has gone in for grooming since we got him so his coat is cut realatively short for his breed mix.  He  has been neutered and is ready for adoption.   He is a friendly little fellow who loves attention.
