Hi...I'm Libby! I am beautiful as can be and such a girly girl. I prance when I walk with my head held high. I love to run and play and live life to the fullest! Remember though I am still a baby and need lost of TLC and training to become the perfect little girl. I am currently in a foster home as I am a baby and need lots of care.
