 Hi!  My name is Maizy.  I am ALL puppy and love to play, play, play - and I can play hard, maybe too hard sometimes, so if I'm adopted to a family with kids, it would be best if they were older, and if I'm adopted to a family with another dog (which I would probably like), it should be a dog that loves to play! I was adopted as a little baby but returned because I wasn't a great fit for a family with small kids, a more sensitive older dog, and a cat - I was not nice to the cat. The family did give me a great foundation and with them, I was mostly kennel/potty trained, and learned to sit. I was learning down, and learning about not jumping on people. I am a beautiful brindle color on top and a light tan color on my under side.  My mom was a coonhound and we think my dad was a boxer/bulldog, so I will probably mature to be a good sized dog. It should be noted that although I present as really hyper at the shelter, I do calm down nicely outside of the shelter.
