Holly Berry came to Safe Haven with several other Cavalier King Charles Spaniels from a breeder that is retiring. They contacted Safe Haven and asked for help trying to find good homes for their registered Cavaliers, as they were no longer able to provide the amount of care the dogs require.

Holly Berry is an 8 year old female that is looking for her forever family!  She would love a family that could cuddle with her often and give her lots of affection.   She also would love a nice warm lap to curl up on and call her own!

Please note, Holly Berry has just recently been placed into a wonderful foster home, but before that she lived in a kennel facility in a large pen where she always had outdoor access. In this set-up she does do her business outside, which may lend to her being easily potty trained within a home. Her foster family reports that Holly Berry is doing well with her housetraining, as she paces and then whines when she needs/wants to go outside to the bathroom.

If you have been looking for a smaller, super sweet dog, please let us know!  We don't expect Holly Berry to be with Safe Haven very long as we don't very often get registered dogs in and they usually get adopted very quickly!

Also note - while we are willing to adopt to qualified applicants from out of state, we are not able to hold dogs in our rescue, so potential adopters should be prepared to make travel plans to get their new family member.
