Description:
Noel was seen running with her mother and sibling but the authorities were only able to catch her. She appears to be a former inside dog. Very good manners, housetrained, gets along well with kids, dogs and people. Very sweet, and well natured. She lives with a foster family and has adjusted perfectly. She appears to be a mix but we are unsure.
