Ginny (5 years old) is ready for her forever home. Her original owner had to go to a nursing home. This devastated her, being in and out of pounds, shelters and foster homes ever since. Quite anxious when we first got her, she is now relaxed and social with other dogs; but most of all loves being around us, even wanting to go with us in our car. It’d be great if she could be in a home with a person who is at home all the time but not necessary. She’ll not let you shut her out of your life, once you see her you will never let her go. Ginny is heartworm positive but in January has to be tested again. It hasn’t stopped her being a loving, well adjusted member of our family, really enjoying human companionship.
