Safe Haven of Iowa County

Max is doing great in a home. He gets along well with my dogs and he is still a little curious about the cats. He is NOT kenneled at night and does great... would love to sleep on the bed but husband says no... He loves the girls gives them kisses whether they want them or not.  I do kennel him when we leave for work.
Some things we need to work on or just something we may have to deal with is he is somewhat food aggressive, so you would need to feed him in his kennel. He rarely if ever barks. The only time I have heard him bark was at Marley when they are playing. Never barks when people pull up to the house or etc... 
 
Ohh... tricks... he knows a lot.... He sits, shakes and the best part is he DANCES... yes he will stand up on his hind legs and twirl for you... He also loves to play fetch as well...

Max will make a great dog to have in any family!!
