My name is Oscar, did you see my eyes - arn't they beautiful? I have to tell you something though, I am sad and lonely. I've been at the shelter for a very long time. People say I don't connect with them becuase I don't sit in their lap or lick your face but I am a good boy. Would you blame me for not putting all of my heart in the palm of someones hand when I was dumped in the country? I'll do anything to feel loved again by someone who won't leave me behind. But they have to prove to me that they will stay devoted forever. I will sit, I will lay down, I will let you throw the ball 1,000 times but I don't care to sit in your lap or kiss you cause that's for whimps. I LOVE other dogs. I just don't want to be alone anymore. I love long walks. My favorite thing to do is be around you with a bowl of food right next to me. I love to eat! I need a home and I promise I will be a good boy if you give me the chance. PS. I can live with cats but it's not my preference, I like to chase if they run but other than that I ignore them!
