Winchester is a two-year-old dog who comes from a loving home and is good with kids and other dogs, with slow and supervised introductions of course. His current owner is rehoming him because Winchester had an isolated incident in which he attacked a cat, so it is essential that he go to a home with NO cats or other small animals! Other than that, he is the sweetest and most loyal pup you will ever meet! Winchester is an active dog who loves the outdoors, but he is not hyper; he is just as happy to lay around and cuddle as he is to play fetch and run around the yard. He is VERY smart and well trained, including crate trained. He also does well on a leash and loves walks. Winchester absolutely LOVES playing in water, getting sprayed with the hose, and chasing bubbles! His current owner is always laughing at his playfulness and his curiosity for new things. He is extremely eager to please and affectionate; he loves to give kisses and get his belly rubbed! 

Winchester was raised around kids and another male dog around his same size. He has been socialized, is neutered and up to date on all vaccines, and has a clean bill of health. Winchester is ready for a second chance somewhere without cats, and he will definitely bring joy to your life with his sweet and protective nature!
