Meet Bonnie! Bonnie came to us as an owner surrender. She was surrendered into our care because there was a change in living arrangements at her home and Bonnie was not comfortable around the young child (toddler-aged). Bonnie does not do well with loud, unpredictable noises. Bonnie is a very timid girl - and can take a while to warm up to new people. A quiet, respectful home where she can learn to trust her people will be important for her. Once she warms up and learns to trust - she is a real sweetheart! We think Bonnie would thrive best in a home with no young children.

Bonnie lived with another large-sized dog in her previous home - we were told she got along well with the other dog. A proper, slow introduction to any future canine companions would be important - we would ask for an initial meet & greet visit to take place before proceeding with an adoption. With a change in her environment, the typical house training and learning of a routine should be expected. We think Bonnie would do great with a set routine, as she did well with her house training initially but has regressed some with the life changes that have occurred over the last several months. Bonnie has been brought up-to-date on her vaccinations, microchipped, spayed, and is ready to begin her search for her new forever home!
