Howie was found on a farm with pellet shot in his nose.  He was found bleeding and taken to the vet immediately when they tried to help him.  It took several vet appts. to realize that the pellet could not be removed.  Howie was put on medication to help with healing.  Howie's breathing is very noisey and occasionally he makes some odd noises.  But he gets along very well, plays with other dogs and is very socialable.
