Otto is such a sweet, silly, gentle and playful old soul who still has plenty of energy and life left! Despite not being properly cared for in his previous home, Otto loves all humans and is chill around dogs. He is still growing in his full coat from hair loss and putting on a few needed pounds, but he is well on the mend! Otto loves walks, comfy beds, and playtime. He is always in a good mood and his tail is always wagging. Otto seems a bit too interested in kitties but may do okay with a slow, proper introduction.
