Shetland Sheepdog Sheltie / Papillon / Mixed (medium coat) : : Male : : Young : : Small
Here is what we have on the little papillon/sheltie mix who is about 14-15#. and just over a year old.
He came in on Wednesday this past week and was relinquished to us legally, but the relinquishment was somewhat controversial within the relinquishing family. Consequently we are trying to avoid putting him on Facebook or any of the adoption networks like Petfinder only because it will cause further conflict within the family. Let me say this dog will be far better off with whatever family he goes to in the future. He spent most of his time shut in a garage without human companionship because he and the older chihuahua did not get along. Additionally we were told that when the 12 year daughter did go out to feed or water him she often was not careful about his getting out and running around the neighborhood that has traffic issues making his safety very questionable.
