Caesar is a 30lb rat terrier mix and somewhere between 12-14 years. Caesar and his mom (who moved onto hospice foster) were seized from a neglect situation in Missouri, taken to the local pound, and were facing euthanasia after living there for two months--all before being transferred to Safe Haven.
Caesar is super cute, pretty healthy for his age, and the love of his life is food. He has a big personality and loves walks. He is indifferent to dogs and would probably be okay with cats too.
