Safe Haven of Iowa County

Peanut is our current resident clown - he has such a jovial personality and loves all the different volunteers at Safe Haven.  His favorite activity seems to be going for a walk, but not before grabbing something to take along!  Peanut can be frequently seen holding a favorite toy in his mouth as he heads out to go for a walk.  He does love a good stuffed toy, but they don't last long - as he can also be a pretty destructive chewer, so he will need a nice variety of appropriate chew toys in his forever home.

Peanut was a local stray  - found on the western side of Iowa County. He will be neutered on Wednesday, May 27th and should be ready for his new home on Friday, May 29th. Once he is recovered from his neuter surgery, we will be checking to see how he does around cats and other dogs.
