Our petitie Maggie Mae was so relieved and excited to be rescued. Who could blame her since this 2-year-old arrived at Safe Haven under 5 pounds. She is thrilled to have food and is gaining weight steadily. She currently has the scruffy coat of a cat who has not had enough to eat for a long time, but that will be getting better too. As for Maggie Mae's personality? She loudly reminds visitors that she needs a lot of pettings. She is quite the conversationalist and has an opinion on every topic. Maggie Mae insists on being the center of attention by settling herself into a lap and poking any cat who dares to come close. She really enjoys being brushed.
