Description:

Winky somehow ended up dumped near an elderly farmer's home in Missouri.  Since nobody seemed to be looking for him, Winky needed a safe place to go and Safe Haven of Iowa County was contacted.  We could not resist his sweet face, with those soft eyes that seem to beg for love.  He loves to be held, and petted softly - and he rides perfectly in a car.  Winky is that perfect medium size dog - currently 32 pounds - and he will make someone a great companion.
