Safe Haven of Iowa County

Check out this sweetie! Her name is Blossom and she is a 7 year old Boston Terrier - but she is pretty sure she isn't a day over 5, so let's keep that a secret between us! Blossom has found herself in need of a new home. Her owner had some medical needs arise and he could no longer live in his own home and care for his beloved Blossom. Safe Haven was asked to find this little wiggly butt a new home!

Blossom seems to get along with everyone she meets, and anyone that sees her can't help but smile!  Her personality just seems to be too big for that little body!

The only big surprise with Blossom is that she 100% needs to be the one and only dog in her new home. She has previously tried to live with other dogs a couple tines, and she unfortunately attacked and injured other dogs in the past. So Blossom's next home also needs to know that she will need to be an only dog.  At the shelter she also seems to be getting along with our cats, so she will likekly be just fine living with cats in her new home
