Perch and his siblings were all given fish names because they certainly LOVE water - and enjoy "swimming" in their water buckets! He is the puppy on the right in the group photo! These puppies were recently vaccinated and will be fully vetted (spayed/neutered, micro-chipped, dewormed, and vaccinated) before being ready for adoption - they will be ready to go to their new homes August 5th, 2019.
These 3 roly poly puppies were transferred to Safe Haven after they were originally in Kansas, and made their way to a rescue in Missouri - and then transferred to Iowa. They are very well socialized and typical puppies! They are estimated to be 10 weeks old and sure do look like Labs - but their actual pedigree is up for anyone's guess!
Their forever home will need to be a home that can focus on all the work that a puppy requires - houretraining is easiest to do when a puppy will not be left alone for long stretches of time - it is imperative to get a schedule for frequent trips outdoors. A general puppy obedience class will also be a great first step towards creating a bond and getting off on the right foot towards having a well behaved puppy that matures into a wonderful family pet!
