Description:
Ranger is such a loving dog that he is fast becoming a favorite with the volunteers at Safe Haven.   He will actually try to get as close as he can to a persons body by whatever means he can.   His desire to be hugged and petted is so obvious in his personality while his coloring and facial markings make him look a little like the wolf  on some of the dog food labels.   

He is a great dog who was relinquished to us because his owner was convinced by a neighbor that the dog deserved more time from his pet parent.   He seems to be a very happy dog, especially when he is getting attention from volunteers.
