Holly and Dolly transferred to us together from Cedar Rapids Animal Control and we are so happy to have them. They are the most fun dogs if you just give them a kiddie pool of water to play in. They look like hounds, but they love the water like labs and their coat feels like a lab coat as well. I want to call them our calico labs; but that probably is not acceptable. But, it is okay to admit that these girls just want to have fun -- in water, at least on a hot summer day. That is Dolly on your left and Holly on the right. We are not sure if they are siblings or mother and daughter. While they get along just great and came to the rescue together, they might be okay adopted into different homes. But, wouldn't it be fun if they could go to the same home? |
