Safe Haven of Iowa County

Faith came to us as a relinquishment because she had demonstrated she did not like sharing her home with a much smaller and older dog.   Her owners did not feel they could rehome the senior dog she had bitten so they are rehoming her to keep both of the dogs from being injured.   
She is skittish about a lot of things; but  she seems to like people.  She definitely needs some training and work to overcome her fears and walk better on a leash.  The previous owners said she is a pure bred and she appears not to be a mix.   
She has not relaxed and felt confident in our shelter yet but has been with us a very short time.
