Nile came to Safe Haven through the pound.   One of our own volunteers held her breath hoping no one would claim him so she could adopt.....and then when she got him home all was going very well with the other dogs and even the very young grandchild.    However, Nile just could not seem to forget that cat in the house that he kept 'stalking'.     He never attacked kitty, but he was always watching and making the kitty extremely nervous, not to mention  how nervous his attitude made his people.  It just did not look like Nile and kitty were going to be able to live together without constant very close supervision and a lot of accompanying tension.
