Teddy came to us from his former owner because she was unable to take care of him.   His picture has been on Facebook where his groomer said this about him:  " Teddy is an absolute angel! I’ve been grooming him for close to 2 years now and he is just the best. He definitely needs regular grooming to help with his matting causing sores though. "   
He seems to be accepting the shelter atmosphere and willing to make friends with all the volunteers here.
