Little Lady is ready for a new home as of Wednesday 12/5 when she will get her microchip. All her vet work has been taken care of with that exception. She has tested heartworm negative, and is receiving Heartgard and flea protection and is up to date on vaccines.
She is a sweet little charmer --- probably small enough for me to smuggle out of the building and so calm I might get away with it. She gets along well with other small dogs although we have not tested her with large dogs or cats. I did notice she took a few steps away from the front of her kennel when we walked into the area with a large dog.
She was relinquished because the family felt they would not be able to keep up with vet/grooming costs for two dogs, although she does not have any health issues that we are aware of. She is accustomed to staying in a kennel all day while family was at work/school but one of her favorite things to do is to go outside.
