Description:
This little guy could win hearts on his looks alone; but he has the personality to go with that cute little black eye. He came to us from the Houston, Texas, area where the shelters were overcrowded after Hurricane Harvey. Safe Haven was fortunate to have been contacted by caring volunteers there who knew that there were four good dogs that would be wonderful pets if they could arrange for them to be moved to areas without such an over population of stray dogs. The all volunteer group Pilots n Paws gave them a free ride to Iowa and they are now available for adoption. Balvin has been a real trooper through all the major changes in his life and seems to appreciate all the attention he has received.
