Description:

 Phoenix came to Safe Haven when her owner decided to move out of his rental property and left her behind!  We truly can't imagine how that decision was made because she is such a great dog - but can only imagine it must have been a tough decision as a result of some hardship.  What we do know is that Phoenix is safe now and being well cared for!

She is going to the vet on Tuesday, July 18th to be spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and heartworm tested.  We expect her to be ready to go to her new home a few days after her vet appointment.
