Description:Who could this sweet face possibly belong to?! This is Vinny! Are you looking for a partner in crime who can be by your side at all times?
Vinny is a 4.5 year old pitbull/boxer mix who is very friendly and loves all people. He was originally adopted from us as a 6 month old pup and had a loving home for the past 4 years. Unfortunately, Vinny developed some severe seperation anxiety when his mom returned to work after she had been working from home during the pandemic. Despite all her efforts, Vinny's anxiety when left alone wasn't able to be managed. He was becoming very destructive in the home. :-(
Vinny would thrive with a person who works from home full time, so that is what we are helping him find. He is currently on an anti anxiety med but it is not a cure-all--he truly finds comfort in having his people near and panics when they are away. The good news is that when someone is home, Vinny is an amazing dog! He is playful, silly, and affectionate. He also loves dogs and would be thrilled to have a dog sibling! And when his person needs to run errands, go on trips, etc, Vinny is the best car passenger.
Vinny does have an old healed fracture in his right hind leg, so he walks a little funny. But that just adds to his character!
This guy is so deserving of a home, a schedule, and a person who will keep him company. If interested, fill out an application and come meet him! He will certainly steal your heart.
