SPONSORED!! LET'S GET THIS LONG TERM SHELTER RESIDENT A HOME FOR THE HOWLIDAYS! Molly is a larger size black lab/shepherd mix that has a lot of energy and athletic ability. She would make for a fabulous running companion, or a great farm dog. Molly has been with us a long time - since Jan 2012!! At the shelter, she presents as "too busy" to pay much attention to people that have come to see her - but we think she would love her own home to relax in and protect, and we think she would make a wonderful, loyal, and eager to please companion in no time at all. Molly is very treat motivated, which helps with training. Molly is choosy with who she picks as her other dog friends, though she always seems to have one best "boyfriend" at the shelter. Unfortunately, Molly has had to see a lot of boyfriends come and go in 2 years:(. She tends to like male dogs around her size, or even a little smaller (but not too small), that like to play. She will react aggressively to dogs that she does not like, therefore, she does need a special person who is willing to work with her on this and not put Molly into situations that wouldn't be good for her. She hasn't shown much interest in the cats at the shelter, so we think she might do fine in a home with cats. Please consider fostering or adopting this long term shelter resident!
