UPDATE 12/11! Miss Frieda has landed herself in a caring foster home where she is enjoying all the comforts of life. Her foster mom reports that Frieda seems perfectly housetrained and gets along great with her foster lab brothers, and appears to like most every dog and person she meets, including children (please note - Frieda does not live in a home with children nor has she spent long periods of time with them, but does seem to like them). Any person that is willing to pet her is A-OK in Frieda's book! Frieda loves to go for walks, play with toys, and frolic in the backyard. This is great, as Frieda came to us as a stray with a tad bit of a weight problem, which she is working on with her foster mom's help. Losing weight is a must for Frieda, as is finding a forever home that is committed to regular exerice with her to help her to be comfortable and reduce stress on her joints.

Her foster mom describes Frieda as the "perfect family dog". She rarely barks, loves people, gets along well with other dogs, and is mature enough to relax and enjoy life and yet still puppy enough that she loves to play.
